GSW rookie and 42nd draft pick Monta is getting complemented by other coaches/GMs. He is playing hard and getting noticed. He's defending, scoring and one GM said 'is playing with heart' and is unselfish.
At 6-3 he's a well sized PG and is quick enough to get off his own shot. Monta is skinny and young but he's shown toughness on defense.
Watch for him in the spring as a backap to Davis and Fisher.
